I incorrectly read the terms of service when I placed my order. I thought that if I ordered 2 day shipping it meant my items would be shipped out in 2 days. I completely missed the part in writing that states that these ties are hand made upon order taking 2 weeks before shipping. I sent an email to inquire about my order and got an immediate response from the owner whereby he shipped my ties immediately to accommodate my need. Not to mention these are the best quality ties I own. Definitely worth the extra money!
